Account Registration & Verification

The following conditions apply when creating a valid account on at77.

  • Your real name, mobile number, and date of birth are required at registration. Incorrect information will cause account verification to fail.
  • At77 may request a copy of your national ID or passport when necessary. Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
  • Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure. Never share your password with anyone.
  • Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact at77 Support immediately.

At77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account for investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on at77 are governed by the following rules.

  • Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically processed instantly.
  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the account tier.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered mobile banking number on the account. Transfers to another person's number are not permitted.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus turnover requirements have not been met.
  • At77 reserves the right to place any withdrawal on hold and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.

At77 charges no deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following rules apply when using at77's bonus and promotional offers.

  • The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per account.
  • To withdraw a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement for each bonus is listed separately on the promotions page.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion.
  • Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on specific games or markets. See the promotions page for details.
  • At77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior reason.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on at77.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless at77 provides a specific cancellation option.
  • If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded — or the bet may carry over to the rescheduled event — depending on the rules of the specific sport.
  • Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time of submitting a bet are final.
  • If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, at77 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

  • Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on at77. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
  • Exploiting system bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using funds from illegal sources in your account (money laundering).
  • Sharing or selling your account to other users.
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to at77's systems.

Account Closure & Suspension

  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be temporarily suspended.
  • If an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
